Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Limitless Social produces and hosts ticketed social and wellness events and helps guests book private homes in the Greater Phoenix area for their own gatherings. Some venues we present are owned and operated by third parties and are booked through third-party platforms; see Section 5. You can reach us at info@limitlesssocialaz.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets, book venues, or transact with us. Certain events are restricted to guests 21 and older, including any event where alcohol is served. You are responsible for ensuring that you and your guests meet all age and other requirements stated for a given event or booking.

3. Event tickets

Tickets are sold for specific events with limited capacity. Prices are shown at checkout and may include or exclude taxes and fees as indicated. Your purchase is confirmed when payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. Unless an event page states otherwise:

• Full refund up to 7 days before the event; 50% refund up to 24 hours before; no refund within 24 hours of the event.
• Free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase as a grace period (if the event is more than 24 hours away).
• Sold-out events run a waitlist; released spots may be claimed within 24 hours of notice.
• Tickets are for personal use, are non-transferable without our consent, and may not be resold.
• No-shows are not refunded. Arriving late may forfeit your spot without refund.

Some events require an application and approval before purchase. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, and we may decline any application at our discretion.

4. Venue bookings and inquiries

Venue requests are made by inquiry. Submitting an inquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. Availability, pricing, deposits, and terms are confirmed in a written quote, and a booking is only confirmed once you accept the quote and complete any required payment or deposit. A refundable damage deposit may apply. Overtime, additional services, damage, or excess cleaning may be billed after the event.

5. Third-party venues and platforms

Many homes we present are owned and managed by third parties and are reserved through third-party booking platforms (for example, Peerspace) or directly with the owner. For those venues we act as a concierge and facilitator only. Your booking of a third-party venue is also subject to that owner's and platform's terms, house rules, and cancellation policies, which control in the event of a conflict with these Terms as to that venue. We do not own, control, or guarantee third-party venues, their condition, or their availability.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charges you submit, including tickets, deposits, and any post-event charges described in a confirmed quote. You agree not to initiate a chargeback for charges that are valid under these Terms. Applicable taxes are your responsibility where required.

7. Assumption of risk and release

Our events may involve physical activity (such as pilates, yoga, fitness, or movement classes), the use of pools, spas, fire features, outdoor spaces, and the service of food and alcohol. You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. You represent that you are physically able to participate, and you assume full responsibility for all risks, injuries, illnesses, or damages, known or unknown, arising from your participation or attendance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Limitless Social, its owners, operators, instructors, vendors, and the property owners from any claim arising out of your attendance or participation. Where required, you will sign our participation waiver; your typed name at checkout constitutes your electronic signature.

8. Alcohol, conduct, and house rules

Where alcohol is served, it is for guests 21 and older with valid ID, and we (and our vendors and hosts) may refuse service. You agree to follow all posted and communicated house rules, capacity limits, quiet hours, and the lawful instructions of staff and hosts. We and any venue host may refuse entry to, or remove, any person who is intoxicated, disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms or house rules, without refund. You are responsible for the conduct of guests you bring.

9. Photography and media

Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to our use of that media for promotional purposes, without compensation. If you do not wish to appear, please notify staff on site and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

10. Cancellations and changes by us

We may reschedule, modify, or cancel an event. If we cancel an event, your sole remedy is a refund of the ticket price you paid or, at our option, a credit toward a future event. We are not responsible for incidental costs you incur (such as travel) in connection with an event.

11. Disclaimers

The Services, events, and any venues are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any event or venue will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless Social and its owners, operators, employees, vendors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services, attendance at an event, or use of any venue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the ticket or booking giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limitless Social and its owners, operators, vendors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your attendance or participation, your guests, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Intellectual property

The website, its content, the Limitless Social name, logo, and brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, illness or public-health events, utility or venue failures, government action, or acts of third parties.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where binding arbitration or small-claims court is available and elected. To the extent permitted by law, you and we waive any right to participate in a class action. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
